Shipping policy

Australian delivery only

We deliver to addresses within Australia using Australia Post standard post. We do not offer express or international shipping.

Shipping costs

Standard post: $10 AUD for orders under $100.
Free standard post on orders of $100 AUD or more.

The free-shipping threshold applies to the product total after discounts, excluding shipping. Your final delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Processing time is separate from postal delivery time. During busy periods, we will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Delivery and tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email your Australia Post tracking details.

Delivery time depends on your location and Australia Post's service conditions. Any delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer.

Your delivery address

Please check your name and delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email customers@makko.com.au as soon as possible. We will help where we can, although we may be unable to change an address after dispatch.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or is not collected, contact us so we can arrange the next steps. Any additional redelivery charge will be explained before you agree to it. We will not charge you to correct a delivery error caused by us.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If your tracking has stopped updating, your parcel has not arrived, or your order arrives damaged, email customers@makko.com.au with your order number and the details. We will investigate with Australia Post and help resolve the issue.
